报告人简介：

Robert Dudley 博士、美国加州大学伯克利分校整合生物学系主任、教授、博士生导师。Robert Dudley在1997年从英国剑桥大学获动物学博士学位、曾在美国德克萨斯大学担任助教（1992-1997）和副教授（1997-2002），在加州大学伯克利大学担任教授（2002-至今）。

Robert Dudley 教授长期从事动物飞行的生物力学、结构功能和演化机理研究。曾承担和完成美国自然科学基金（NSF）、美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）等不同类型的科研项目50余项。在Nature, Science, PNAS, Current Biology, Annual Review of Physiology, Annual Review of Ecology, Evolution, and Systematics, Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society of London B, Proceedings of the Royal Society of London B,Functional Ecology等领域知名期刊发表论文200余篇。
