二、主要教学工作

主讲本科生《恢复生态学》、《现代仪器分析与表征》、《现代仪器分析与表征实验》等课程。

三、主要研究方向

自2004年一直从事外寄生虫生态学研究，包括蜱的系统分类与物种多样性、系统进化、生物学特性等方面。

1、重要人畜共患寄生虫——蜱的系统分类与DNA条形码研究

通过整合分类学研究，构建蜱类物种的形态特征与DNA条形码数据库。

2、系统进化研究

在传统分类学、现代分子生物学、生物信息学综合分析的基础上，结合生态因子、动物地理区系、宿主特性探究重要蜱类种群的起源与演化。

3、生物学研究

首次在蜱的线粒体基因组中发现了短片段串联重复结构，并推测可能具有转座子功能；同时对森林革蜱线粒体基因组精准注释到1bp，弥补了已报道的线粒体基因组不完整和/或注释错误的缺陷。

通过对蜱small RNA的研究，在国际上首次发现其核糖体（rRNA）基因成熟体RNA的5’端和3’端存在大量的小RNA片段，它们不是随机降解产物，而是在体内具有一定的功能。
