主要研究方向:

植物分生组织维持及分化的分子网络调控机制

植物体所有胚后发育的器官都是由植物各级分生组织分化发育而来。分生组织的产生、维持及分化受到精细的程序化调控。本课题组的研究兴趣之一为系统解析植物各级分生组织包括根尖分生组织、茎尖分生组织及花分生组织中在活性维持及分化特别是响应外界环境如植物激素、光温信号等的多分子调控网络;器官发生发育的分子机制。

作物高产稳产的功能基因组研究

作物的产量关乎国家粮食安全。产量性状三要素中穗粒数和亩穗数直接决定与植物的分生组织活性,而穗粒数和粒重成负相关关系。同时农业生产受到极端环境如干旱、高低温等环境的影响极大。本课题组研究兴趣之一是复杂生产环境下作物小麦、谷子等的高产稳产的功能基因组研究。通过基因克隆、功能研究、机制解析、优异单倍型分析及功能标记开发,为创制新种质提供理论基础和材料。
