主要科研、教学工作：

河北师范大学生命科学学院教师，主要从事动物生态学方向，蜱螨学领域的研究，在蜱类生态学、生殖与发育生理学和功能分子方面有较为深入的研究。细胞生物学国家重点学科创新团队“病原媒介生物分子多样性功能调控与应用”方向带头人之一。主持完成国家自然科学基金2项，国家外国专家局国际合作项目1项，教育部高等学校博士学科点基金1项，河北省自然科学基金3项。参与完成成果鉴定2项，获河北省自然科学三等奖1项。近年来，在Industrial Crops&Products、Ecotoxicology andEnvironmental Safety、Parasites & Vectors、Ticks and Tick-borne Diseases、Experimental and Applied Acarology、Medical and VeterinaryEntomology、昆虫学报、应用昆虫学报等国内外重要学术刊物和学术会议上发表论文多篇，合作出版蜱类学专著1部。

主讲本科课程《动物学》、《普通生态学》、《保护生物学》、《动物学实验》和《动植物野外实习》等，现为《人体及动物科学》国家级教学团队和《动物学》省级教学团队主讲教师。合作出版动物学教材及配套教学参考3部。
