主要教学科研工作

本人主要的研究内容是以多组学高通量数据分析为切入点,解析重要生物学问题背后的分子调控机制和分子调控网络,重点关注小麦种子形成、储存和萌发过程中的调控网络解析。目前,本人的研究工作围绕长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA)展开。近些年来,越来越多的研究表明长链非编码RNA具有重要的物学功能:长链非编码RNA可引起作物驯化过程中伴随的表型变异,可调控重要农艺性状,影响植物对环境因素的应答过程,并参与多种植物生长发育过程。本人的研究通过全基因组水平的鉴定、转基因遗传材料的创制,以及分子机制解析,系统阐述长链非编RNA相关调控网络在小麦种子萌发过程中的生物学功能。

本人主讲《现代生物技术(双语)》、《分子生物学实验》、《基因组学(双语)》和《中学生物实验教学》等本科生课程,以及承担研究生课程《分子细胞生物学大实验》部分内容。
